I Love My Job!

There are so many reasons why I love my job. From being able to talk about Jesus openly, down to the little hugs from third graders, I love it all. Here are some things I love:

• My fellow teachers are amazing. I have only been here a little over a month and I feel like these people are truly my friends. They encourage me, laugh with me, and pray with me. 
• My students really are great. All the way from the first graders to the twelfth graders, they are really just a great group of kids. 
• I get to pray for my seventh graders and go through devotions with them every morning. I am seeing how God is working in their lives.
• I get to teach PE. Obviously, since it was what I chose to study in school, I love physical education and health. And now, my passion is my job. 
• Every Wednesday we have chapel. There, we worship the Lord together and hear the Word from our chaplains, other teachers, or guests. 
• The third grade class gave me thank you cards just or being their PE teacher!
• We do devotions together as a staff a couple times a week. We also pray together in groups every Wednesday morning before school. 
• I get to live in Prague! This city is beautiful. The history, architecture, culture, people, etc. never get old.
